Breakfast

Following is a basic menu for breakfast/brunch. The cost is $30 for the basic menu plus 18% gratuity and 6% sales tax plus a server for $30 per
hour; one server for every 30 people. This includes upscale disposable
plates, real looking disposable flatware, napkins & glasses/cups. The
brunch is set up buffet style with food table decorations, chafing dishes, and
pretty platters.
